Privacy notice

Last updated: November 2026

This notice explains what happens to the information you send us through the enquiry form on this website. We keep it short and only collect what we need to reply to you.

Who we are

FRAMEFORWARD is based in London. We are responsible for the information you send us. You can contact us about anything in this notice at frameforwardcic@gmail.com.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry we receive:

Our website host also automatically records your IP address and basic details about your device and browser when you send the form. This is used to help block spam.

Please don’t include sensitive details (such as health information) in your message.

Why we use it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and to follow up about the thing you asked about. We will not add you to a mailing list or send you marketing unless you ask us to, and we never sell your information.

Our legal basis under UK data protection law is your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing us.

Where it is kept

Enquiries are collected by our website host, Netlify, which stores form submissions for us, and are then sent to our email inbox. These providers may store data outside the UK; where they do, they use legal safeguards approved for international transfers.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for up to 12 months after our last contact with you, then delete them, unless you become involved in one of our programmes or partnerships and we need to keep in touch.

Young people

If you are under 13, please ask a parent or carer to get in touch for you.

Your rights

You can ask us to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can object to how we use it. Just email us. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes

If we change this notice we will update the date at the top of this page.
